Sara has been practising yoga for 10 years and trained as a teacher to share her passion and help others to move, breathe, connect, and learn in a way that feels right for them. She loves creating welcoming and accessible classes to ensure students feel empowered to make the practise their own and take the learnings off the mat. Sara is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and is pregnancy trained. Her classes are a space where everybody is welcome to show up exactly as they are. Whether you're looking to add more fire to your day, or take it easy; you will be encouraged to honour your body and make the practise your own.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself. Bikes, shoes, towels, and water are provided. If you prefer your own cycling shoes, bring them along — our bikes are compatible with SPD and Keo cleats.

How do I book a class or become a member?

Classes can be booked directly through our website or app. We offer single rides, class packs, and memberships — each designed to fit different schedules and goals.

Do I need to be fit or experienced to ride at Revolt?

Not at all. Our classes are designed to be welcoming and scalable — whether it’s your first ride or your hundredth. Our instructors guide effort levels so you can ride at your own pace and still get the full experience.
