Kayli is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and breathwork coach with a background in psychology. Her teaching is rooted in mindful movement, spiritual philosophy and deep respect for the mind-body connection. After years of exploring holistic practices around the world, she now calls London home and brings a unique blend of yoga, Pilates and somatic movement to the mat. Her classes are creative and grounding, offering space to explore strength, softness and presence.
